還原型谷胱甘肽 (Reduced Glutathione, GSH) 是細(xì)胞內(nèi)最主要的抗氧化巰基物質(zhì),在抗氧化、蛋白質(zhì)巰基保護(hù)和氨基酸跨膜運(yùn)輸?shù)戎芯哂兄匾饔?。還原型與氧化型比值(GSH/GSSG)是細(xì)胞氧化還原狀態(tài)的主要?jiǎng)討B(tài)指標(biāo)。因此,測(cè)定細(xì)胞內(nèi) GSH 和 GSSG 含量以及 GSH/GSSG 比值,能夠很好地反映細(xì)胞所處的氧化還原狀態(tài)。DTNB 與 GSH 反應(yīng)生成復(fù)合物,在 412nm 處有特征吸收峰;其吸光度與 GSH 含量成正比。 |
